Job Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming call from end users pertaining to the matters arise from M3, providing solution and advise where appropriate
- Perform diagnosis prior liaise with System Consultant to come up with the solution
- Review and follow up outstanding issues reported to System Consultant and keep informing the progress to the users
- To prepare, distribute and maintain M3 user manual
- To provide training to end users where appropriate or upon request
- Maintain the Master Stock Code, Customer and Supplier Profiles
- Any job assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Accounting / IT or related experience
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- High level of initiative and able to work independently
- 2-3 years experience in Accounts / IT / ERP exposure
