Swift Consulting.... a firm that consults in Education, Human Resources and General Management as well as conducts trainings, is currently recruiting for a qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of Social Media Manager.

*REQUIREMENTS*

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in any field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

LOCATION: Island

SALARY: 70,000

*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create and curate compelling content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, including daily posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, incorporating them into the company's strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between social media efforts and broader marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives.
