We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to join our company. As the CTO, you will play a crucial role in driving our technical strategy and leading our technological innovations. You will be a part of our Management team and will ensure alignment between our technical resources and our business objectives.
Key Responsibility
- Formulate a vision and make executive decisions on how technology will be utilized within the company
- Governs company goals and timelines for research and development
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy for alignment with its business goals
- Ensure that the technological resources satisfy the company’s short and long-term needs
- Verify all technological practices adhere to regulatory standards and compliance
- Identify and implement innovative technologies that yield a competitive advantage
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Govern quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Communicate tech strategy to partners and investors
- Participates in key opportunities and M&A
