Contract Support Specialist Nordics (m/w/d) [Denmark]


 

This Contract Support Specialist position is responsible for proactively interacting with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. After the onboarding period where technical and company training will be provided, the Contract Support Specialist will provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. He or she will provide in-house training on non-technical customer questions, enabling our customers to use effectively our information systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for interacting with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review
  • Create offers for repairs and maintenance in our system (ServiceMax)
  • Create work orders for repairs and maintenance
  • Upload contracts for bench service and licenses
  • Create credit notes and re-invoicing
  • Create documentation for health and safety
  • Collaborate with other Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes
  • Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate
  • Cross-functional interfacing with other commercial departments to leverage the best resources to close business

QUALFICATIONS:

  • Fluent or native Danish and Swedish, as well as business English
  • 3 years progressive administrative experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Experience working with various administrative systems and confident use of PC and software (Office package)
  • Demonstrated ability to listen to and seek out solutions to customer needs
  • Comfortable handling questions relating to technical and service products
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills; both written and verbal
