Why is this role really critical to us?

Define Vodafone Turkey Large Account&Regional Sales Department’s strategies in-line with company strategies so that Vodafone Turkey achieves its objectives.
Responsible from the overall growth for related sectors and P&L. Build long term growth strategy and execution plan. Manages the sales pipeline with a disciplined forecasting methodology to ensure sales targets are achieved. Responsible also from order to bill and bill to cash process to ensure revenue targets are met. Manages the sales account managers for related sectors.


How will you spend your time at Vodafone?

  • Lead the team for achieve sales against defined targets and objectives
  • Responsible from overall growth, P&L and Vodafone Business Unit’s KPIs within Large&Regional Accounts
  • Establish business plans and ensure company resources (budgets etc.) are utilized efficiently/effectively to deliver results targeted by the department
  • Ensure that the assigned sectors and customers are fully utilized in terms of Vodafone products and services (i.e. mobile, fixed and solutions)
  • Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities and targeting potential customers
  • Evaluate deal profitability using financial controls and analysis, tools provided by the company
  • Manages the sales pipeline with a disiplined forecasting methodology to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Attracts and enables Sales Talents to grow by creating opportunities in sales team
  • Ensures Sales Teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth
  • Ensures diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met
  • Guarantees team’s compliance with Sales methods & tools (i.e. SFDC quality) to ensure alignment with other teams and functions


You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:

  • University degree
  • Experience in Telecommunication sector and sales
  • 7 yrs+ experience in sales management
  • Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the team
  • Good negotiation skills and Team management skills
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills both in English
  • Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary
  • Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
