- As the holder of this position in a global company for active and passive automotive safety systems, which has technological progress as its goal, it is up to you and your team to support users along the value chain with systemic mapping.
- The Business must be supported in making the right decisions in strategic and economic considerations.
- Leading the Application Lifecyle Management and related process portfolio for the following:
- Analytics Platform Management
- SaaS Cloud Application Management
- Low Code Development Platform Management
- Robotics Process Automation
- You will be responsible of monitoring the day-to-day operations in nearshore application development team and provides regular reporting to CIO.
- You will be accountable for the operations support, maintenance, and development activities for digitalization toolset and managed services. The position combines management responsibilities with in-depth hands-on technical expertise.
- An important task would consist of analyzing the structure and processes within business functions and identifies possible application solutions.
- You will be responsible for providing guidance and problem resolution related to business applications and making sure the right resources are assigned to deliver agreed service levels.
- You will lead a team of business analysts and developers mainly within robotics, automation, and low code space.
- Will be responsible for budget and DevOps spend control.
- Maintain and develop/ simplify integration scenarios of application portfolio.
- Refine and deploy analytics strategy transformation.
- Continuous assessment of state-of-the-art technology’s to be integrated in related process portfolio.
- Transformational leadership of a growing team
- Stakeholder communication, managing business demands.
- Close collaboration with IT governance function and relevant deliverables.
- TSA Exit Strategy assessment and delivery.
What you'll bring
- A successfully completed degree in Information Technology or a related field or an equivalent education with professional experience in the field of application management.
- Experience managing IT service, engaging IT managed services.
- Analytical skills and well understanding of core business processes.
- Analytical mindset, team player, ability to work detail-oriented, work independently.
- Understanding of compliance needs.
- Experience in IT services management (ITIL)
- Good team player with the ability to coordinate and motivate all involved parties.
- Very good knowledge of English
