Job description
- Welcome guests to The Church
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Manage reservations – via email & phone
- Use of Online reservations system
- Prepare for the day – printing off running order – writing up signs and placing them on appropriate tables
- Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
- Escort customers to appropriate table / area
- Provide menus once they are seated and wish them an enjoyable meal / enjoyable evening
- Greet & thank customers upon their departure
- Maintain a clean reception area & restocking brochure, ensuring stationery levels are ok
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Assist wait staff as needed
- Communicating with management via radio
- Applicants must be able to work full time in Ireland and also not be limited by which hours/shifts they can work.
