TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate scheduling, registration, and follow-up of internal and external mandatory and elective training courses
- Administer training resources/facilities and resolve issues as they arise
- Support with administration of the Cargolux Learning Management System (LMS)

Consolidate training data & documentation and prepare reports- Support with coordinating training provider contracts and external customer contracts
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or other relevant field of study
- Experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience in adult learning is a plus
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems is considered as an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English, any other languages are considered an advantage
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Temporary contract of 12 months based in Luxembourg
- Occasionally flexible with working hours
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
