Officer Corporate Training [Luxembourg]


 

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate scheduling, registration, and follow-up of internal and external mandatory and elective training courses
  • Administer training resources/facilities and resolve issues as they arise
  • Support with administration of the Cargolux Learning Management System (LMS)

    Consolidate training data & documentation and prepare reports
  • Support with coordinating training provider contracts and external customer contracts


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or other relevant field of study
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge and experience in adult learning is a plus
  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, any other languages are considered an advantage


WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Temporary contract of 12 months based in Luxembourg
  • Occasionally flexible with working hours
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
