With an in-house portfolio ranging from innovative active wear to home and living products, RPG currently carries an in-house brand portfolio of 10+ brands, including Thousand Miles, Bottoms Lab, Eubi, Montigo and Cosmic Cookware.
Currently RPG Commerce is growing its offline retail and currently available in multiple shopping malls in Klang Valley and we are looking to build an all star retail team.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage)
- Able to adapt to using outlet POS system, credit card terminals
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail working experience will be an added advantage
Responsibility
- Achieve and maintain the best in-store retail operations standards
- Welcome customers into the store & helping customers to identify and purchase products
- Attend to customers’ enquiries & complaints and able to resolve with high professionalism
- Learn and share brand & product knowledge with customers
- Drive sales & achieve sales targets
- Oversee weekly restocking & inventory updates
- Work 6 days a week, able to work on weekends.

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
