Work Location: Auckland
Job Title: Sales Assistant
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and determining customer requirements and recommending products & services related to vehicles on range, price, warranties, etc.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns, informing customers about sales, promotions and policies
- Selling vehicle service packages and related products
- Taking payments for purchases and preparing sales invoices and customer receipts
- Checking stock takes regularly and ordering new stock with needs, checking delivered stock against orders
- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products/services to provide advice and recommendations as needed
- Any other duties the employer reasonably may require employee to perform
Pay rate: $29-30/hour
Guaranteed hours of work per week: Minimum 30 hours
Employment type: Permanent Full-time
Requirements for the job:
- Relevant sales work experiencewould be anadvantage
- Full time availability
- No criminal record
- Reliability and punctuality
- Candidates need to be NZ citizens/residents
