Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work. The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs and compelling video content that effectively communicates our brand and message across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of print and digital materials such as advertisements, brochures, packaging, websites, social media graphics, and more
- Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other promotional materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design and video solutions that meet project objectives and timelines
- Work independently to manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, from concept to completion
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design and video trends and tools to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant
- Manage and mentor junior designers and video editors, providing guidance and constructive feedback to improve their skills and abilities
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as printers, videographers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality output
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design and video skills and abilities
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing and mentoring junior designers and video editors is a plus

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
