We are looking for a remote Lead Product Owner (BA) with 5+ years of relevant production experience and 1+ years of relevant leadership experience to join our team.
As a Lead Product Owner, you will take charge of the PO role for one or more squads of a tribe and ensure the maximization of the value of each iteration and product increment. In addition to supporting the business analysis function in collaboration with the client, you will play a key role in refining the squads' backlogs and the overall delivery model. Your expertise in scaled agile ceremonies and your understanding of agile practices will contribute to the success of the team.
responsibilities
- Assume the PO role for one or more squads of a tribe
- Maximize the value of the outcome of each iteration and product increment
- Support the business analysis function in close collaboration with the client
- Refine the squads' backlogs to enhance their effectiveness
- Collaborate with the BA lead to refine the delivery model
- Act as a representative for the squads in scaled agile ceremonies
- Liaise with the client during the discovery phase to gain insights into their existing agile practices
requirements
- 5+ years of relevant production experience
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Experience supporting similar engagements, ideally with EPAM
- PO experience under a scaled agile framework
- Business analysis or product owner experience in the banking/finance sector is desirable
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in Agile practices
- Greek-speaking: able to lead technical discussions
- B2+ English level

- Experience working as a PO for Financial institutions
- Familiarity with the .NET Back-End technology stack
- Familiarity with the Angular Front-End framework
- Familiarity with mobile development, specifically iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
