Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and workflows.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interactions that guide users through complex processes.
- Apply principles of visual design, including typography, color theory, and layout, to create engaging interfaces.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design choices.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and approaches.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
