We are currently involved with Plant Maintenance and currently providing services to PRefChem in Pengerang. Responsibilities Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Providing support to the HR team members in day-to-day activities. Supporting HR audits and ensuring data privacy and confidentiality. Assisting with HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations. Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes. Maintaining employee files and updating HR databases. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.Shapadu CR Asia Sdn. Bhd. (SCR) is a joint venture company between Shapadu Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. and CR Asia(Malaysia) Sdn Bhd incorporated to provide the plant maintenance services in the Oil Gas and Petrochemical industries. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, SCR is currently having a presence in Pengerang to serve the current ongoing Turnaround Main Mechanical and Maintenance Mechanical Static (TA4MS) Contract or PETRONAS and it business units. Incorporated in August 2019, SCR aims to be the best plant maintenance and turnaround contractor in Malaysia in the next 5 years.
