We seek the people and technical skills of a Team Lead Software Developer, with a strong track record using the Microsoft C#.NET stack. This role involves leading a small group of software developers, for a high-profile international brand.
The role involves being the interface between the development team and senior stakeholders in the organisation, advising on development timeframes, functionality and feature delivery.
Though this is a leadership position requiring taking care of the day-to-day people management, you will need to be hands on - designing and implementing new software features.
Skills and desirable experience sought for this role include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or relevant experience
- Experience leading a team of Software Developers with a range of skill levels
- C#.NET, Azure, React, SQL Server, CI/CD, Agile/SCRUM
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
