UP Education - Regional Recruitment Manager [Thailand]


 

About the role:

In this Regional Recruitment Manager – Indochina role, you will achieve student enrolment and profit goals for your portfolio of Agents, Feeder Schools, and Sponsors across all three divisions and all products. Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Identify suitable Higher Education & VET agents and design & implement suitable agent management schedules and incentives to meet recruitment targets
  • Manage depth relationships with key agent partners
  • Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in market competitor awareness and analysis.
  • Develop, implement, and manage Agent Account Plans to support Partners achievement of targets
  • Identify and recommend new agents and new recruitment opportunities.

Please note, this role can be based in any of the following locations : Vietnam, Thailand


About you:

Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business and/or Marketing with a couple of years’ experience in sales and marketing ideally with specific experience with VET programmes and with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model. You will describe yourself as a commercially savvy sales professional with a successful track record in delivering results especially via the delivery of indirect sales management.


You will have the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organizations both internally and externally along with the experience nurturing customer relationships and working proactively to recognise customers’ business requirement. In addition, you must also:

  • A Bachelor’s/tertiary degree level qualification
  • Fluency in English, and at least a second language which is relevant to the region
  • Be result orientated with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial and customer satisfaction outcomes
  • Have the ability to deal with ambiguity and change and the ability to work with a team through change
  • Experience in managing sales, budgets, and projects within a marketplace
  • Strong sales planning ability around developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for a portfolio of customers
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the New Zealand and Australian education system and visa regulations.
