JOB SUMMARY
This position requires basic technical and mechanical skills, with some medium lifting involved. Quality assurance and the ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical problems are essential. Also required is the ability to communicate quality issues to the Supervisor and the machine operators, while maximizing productivity and observing ALL safety and hygiene systems and initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set, Monitor, and maintain production on pouch machines as directed by team leader.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure hygiene policies are adhered to.
- Ensure maximum productivity.
- Ensure technical assistance and troubleshooting is provided when required.
- Perform nominated QC checks.
- Ensure product quality is satisfactory and within specification.
- Any other duties as requested by the supervisor.
