Bachelor's Degree
1 YEAR BPO or IT related work (email troubleshooting).
Good communications skills.
Technical Skills:
- Competency with common email applications, especially Outlook
- Can assemble a desktop computer (i.e., connect peripherals to the CPU) by following instructions. (For WAHA)
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL
- Familiarization on network protocols like SSH, FTP and SFTP
- Familiarity with DNS, name servers, and IP addresses
- Familiarity with SMTP protocols, POP/IMAP/Active Exchange differences
- Familiarity with website security products and troubleshooting.
Location: Shaw, Mandaluyong City
ONSITE (preferred someone who is near the vicinity and has no problem in commuting / travelling) Cavite area and some parts in Rizal are no go
24/7 GRAVEYARD SHIFT, Usually starts at 8pm.
