Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín|
Your challenges within the role will be:
- Provide a quality service that offers users timely and effective solutions to their requests.
- Manage and resolve incidents and requests from different areas of the operation.
- Escalate complex situations in a timely manner, according to defined channels.

Profile:
Technician or Technologist in Systems and/or related careers, with at least 6 months of experience, capable of providing 1-2-3 level support services to internal and external users. With availability
Required skills:
- Monitoring and Operation of Back Up
- Back Up Plans
- Basic knowledge of systems
Desirable skills: knowledge in any Back Up tool.
