Restaurant manager is required to develop strategy to increase and develop restaurant business, operate it profitably besides managing all the administrative and compliance matter. He is also expected to directly oversee the restaurant staff and ensure they are capable and productive. Maintaining food quality and service excellence will form a key area of this individuals responsibility.
Major Responsibilities: Revenue generation, P&L, food quality, guest service and satisfaction, people management etc.
Education: Secandary school or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in handling a restaurant (Restaurant in-charge/ Assistant Restaurant manager / Restaurant manager) preferred in UAE.
