We’re looking for a highly motivated Product / Deployment Specialist with a cyber security background, who displays strong skills in relationship building, problem solving, SaaS Security product management and the ability to effectively drive value for our customers. Your role will include working closely with the sales teams driving value to prospects during a PoV, and being the main focal point for AppTotal for customers and Zscaler internal teams.
This is a unique opportunity to join AppTotal core team (recently acquired by Zscaler), driving scale in a startup mentality environment with a corporate sales force.
Your day-to-day
- You will be part of the Zscaler Data protection GTM team, working closely with customers, sales reps, product leaders and the engineering team.
- Your agenda will be scaling AppTotal to new customers and driving value for existing customers.
- You will be demoing AppTotal, running Proof of Values and driving the engagement with the customers by helping them get value and address their specific use-cases leveraging our product.
- You will be the product specialist, supporting sales enablement, and post sales teams. You also will be personally running the value for major accounts.
- You will work closely with Product and engineering, help drive additional value to customers and make our product better by bringing the insights from the field.

What you bring to the team
- You have proven success and relevant experience (5+ years) working with customers in the security field (CISO, corporate security, GRC)
- You have a cyber security background, and you are able to understand your customers' problems and suggest the right solution driving value to our customers.
- You worked in a cyber security company before, in pre-sales, PM, post-sales roles (5+ years).
- Cloud/SaaS/Application security background - an advantage.
- You’re an analytical problem solver. You’re thrilled about the gory details. You’re enthusiastic and assertive about arguing your points and adapt quickly when things don’t go your way. You’re a team player and a confident, independent thinker. You drive cross-team efforts, through security, engineering, product and business groups. You articulate your thoughts succinctly, and in plain English too.
