* Reports directly to the Head of Operation
* Analyze and evaluates the claims base on the relevant documents submitted to certain whether the claims is valid, and to establish the party liable.
* Prepares full report for the head of Operations based on the result of the analysis and evaluation of the documents with recommendation whether the claim is for settlement or not.
* Prepares correspondences as necessary, for the purpose of obtaining relevant shipping and claim documents, negotiating settlement on W/P basis, letters of appointment to experts, such as lawyer, surveyors, divers. etc.
* Attends meeting with 3rd parties as needed.
* Liaises/coordinates with the perspective law firms handling the cases as needed
* designated surveyors for any matters/appointment,
* Performs other duties as may be required.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
