Mission brief:

What You'll Do

  • Craft and upkeep an animation pipeline and user-friendly tools for our talented Gameplay and Cinematic Animators, as well as our dedicated Character Artists.

  • Collaborate with the Gameplay and Cinematic animation teams by providing top-notch rigs that bring life to characters and scenes.

  • Innovate by developing procedural animation solutions for diverse characters and vehicles, giving our games a unique edge.

  • Implement real-time IK solutions to elevate any Gameplay feature that craves that extra touch of realism.

  • Troubleshoot animation and character hiccups within the game, ensuring smooth and immersive experiences.


Details:

Start: ASAP at full-time

Duration: End of 2023 (with a possibility of extension)


Work set-up: Hybrid model


Location: Stockholm or Malmö


Your player profile:

  • Python is your playground for crafting and nurturing DCC Tools that streamline animation and character pipelines. Your familiarity with tool development is rock-solid.

  • You possess an innate grasp of the intricacies of tool development and its significance in our realm.

- Your journey includes substantial hands-on involvement with renowned DCC's like Maya, Mobu, and Blender - you're practically on a first-name basis!

  • You've journeyed through at least one AAA game development cycle, accumulating invaluable experience along the way.


Optional (if you're interested in taking this on as a Lead):

Guiding and inspiring others isn't new to you - you've got solid professional expertise as a mentor, leader, manager, or in a comparable role.
