CapEx Purchasing
Process procurement requests from various departments in time (includes quotation, commercial negotiating, contract, contract review &signature, and follow up the contract implementation for the delivery, acceptance & payment), and then make sure CapEx purchasing tasks are completed in the best combination of quality, cost, delivery and service Develop and manage supply base. Apply for new supplier approval and go through process in SAP Support Logistics to the process of import transportation, CIQ, Customs declaration for import contract. Support the requestor for the goods acceptance, and resolve the related quality problem in time. Support the user if there's any service & spare parts issue in time. Support the requestor or PM for the AR submission.
Improving procedure for CapEx Management
Do statistics reports for the key data such as supply base, purchasing cost, etc., to seek for the related process improvement.
Safety
a) Make sure everything we buy is comply with BW GSSF rules and that all hazardous material follows the right specific process
b) Make sure no safety accident from SCM personals and Suppliers
c) Support EHS team to control the safety in purchasing process.
d) Deliver the safety, health and environmental policy to venders, and ensure that the material, chemicals provided be compliance with the EHS legal requirements and standards.
e) Deliver the safety, he alth and environmental policy to venders. Supervise the logistics vendor EHS performance.
f) Employees should strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant wear PPE in right way actively participate in EHS training do housekeeping at work report accidents and unsafe issues immediately, join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.
Cost Reduction
Focus on to meet AR budget, have discount for service & spare parts, and to reach the benchmark of BW Groups if have. Develop and implement cost reduction projects in time for every year.
