Jobscope
- Handle daily marketplace operation, include customer service,order processing and follow up customer.
- Responsible for managing our online platform including Facebook,IG,website etc
- Perform clerical and admin support include Purchase Order, order tracking.
- Develop, monitor, write and update product content contained on our FB,IG,website
- Perform any other ad- hoc assignment as and when required.
Requirement
- Familiar with Microsoft excel.
- Have experience in E- Commerce or customer service field is an advantage.
- Able to execute and implement plans
- Familiar with Photoshop, illustrator, canva is an added advantage.
- Familiar with Shopify/Wix/Wordpress is an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply this role.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
