Job Description
•!• Gathering, collating and preparing documents, material and information for spare, parts, machinery details, logsheet for maintenance for Data entry.
•!• Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete document and
materials.
Creating digital document from paper work like log sheet, SOP etc. Reviewing all document and informing supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
•!• Capturing data in system and loading in cloud .
Generating QR code" sticker for spare, machinery, equipment and placing same accordingly for spare, machinery, equipment and placing same accordingly.u for spare, machinery, equipment and placing same accordingly.
•!• Name parts, spare as per, equipment in Excel.
•!• Generating RFQ, Intent, PO and maintenance Inventory by setting up
MOQ.
MIS reports on spare, Inventory, costing and downtime detail.

Salary: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
