  • Managing and ensuring the ambience of front office and rest of the office area is tidy
  • Greetings and warm welcome to the Visitors and all the people entering in the office and guiding with right details and to intended persons. As per the prior appointments.
  • Managing the necessary standouts/ marketing materials/ videos and screens running ( if any about the company)
  • Check periodically with all office bearers has all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)
  • Supervise the House keeping activities and daily logs of support staff.
  • Time office management and report to be sent to HR periodically
  • Monitor the stock and order office stationary supplies
  • Incoming and outgoing office / stationary/ phone calls/ Fax (If any)visitor registers
  • Booking conference hall and other discussion rooms.
  • Set the meeting place right as per the culture of organisation.
  • Manage and monitor all display material and the office premises right at all time.
  • Collaborate with all department heads for the necessary arrangements in event of welfare activity.
  • ++ similar activities to add time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
