IoT Global SIM and MNO Product Manager
covers all aspects of the following:


  • A product offering that ensures leadership of Vodafone’s IoT footprint across highly regulated markets or markets with roaming limitations, defining strategies and product features for seamless IoT Connectivity in these markets.
  • Standardizing and cataloging the connectivity feature set and creating the right propositions tailored for customers, while working with partner Mobile Network Operators and partner Mobile Virtual Network Operators in these markets.
  • Day to day product management for Global SIM+, including product lifecycle management, maintaining up to date documentation and communication.
  • Working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Partner Management, Regulatory, Legal, Roaming and Technology teams to develop and drive the product and related propositions
  • Work with the Roaming expansion team to determine and evolve VF IoT roaming value proposition, including commercial proposition, target footprint, roaming strategy, roaming evolution.
  • Broader requirements are effectively managed, working with relevant teams where necessary on propositions & go-to-market, legal, regulatory & risk, security & data privacy compliance, product documentation, marketing assets and sales enablement.


What you bring:


  • Strong demonstrable and hands-on experience in-depth knowledge of eSIM and Roaming into the IoT field.
  • Knowledge of MVNO, MVNE models and Multi-IMSI connectivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the performance of the product across customer experience, profit and revenue, with particular focus on continuous improvement of product costs and allocating cost targets.
  • Defines new product features, ensuring these are aligned to the customer experience and outcomes.
  • Working with Operational and Technology Owners to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Skills in reviewing service performance end-to-end; including market perception, channel ability to sell, channel ability to deliver and support.
