Main Purpose of the Job
Provide guests with friendly and efficient service related to arrival, departure and any guest queries. Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays and night shifts.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays and night shifts.
- This role is a flexible role, you will need to be willing to learn and open to everyday being different.
- Strong attention to detail and high standard of personal presentation.
- Excellent command of spoken English
- Ability to resolve complaints and remain calm under pressure
- Confident telephone manner
- Physically fit and able to lift at least 20kg
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand for a minimum of 12 months
