JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • -Management of commissary operations
  • -Cooking for kitchen production and ordering of raw materials
  • -Maintaining, inventory, and forecasting of stocks
  • -Ensuring all end-products coming out of the commissary are high quality and up to standards
  • -Keeping the commissary clean and organized
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • -Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
  • -At least 1 year of experience in Kitchen Operations
  • -Minimum 1 year experience specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • -Familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • -Can follow strict recipe guidelines
  • -Can work in shifting schedule
  • -Able to multitask and works well in a team
  • -Self-managing and has a thirst for learning
  • -Quick on their feet to be objective and results-oriented under pressure
  • -Goes above and beyond
  • -Extremely hardworking and has a goal to develop within the company

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php15,910.83 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
