Job Summary

The overall purpose of this position is to lead, supervise and implement the operational functions of the Company.

The position is being established to take the day to day running of the company to a new level and ensuring that all operations are carried out in an effective and efficient manner.

Due to recent strong growth in business, All in One Event Hire has grown and now we require a person to move to the next level.

Job Type / Category

The Role

  • Coordinating and planning with Admin and Sales teams on upcoming events
  • Making sure all paperwork is ready and on hand where required.
  • Advise and assist with staff requitement.
  • Taking the lead in the planning/scheduling of jobs
  • Coordinating and motivating the team to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Coordinate and conduct team meetings and Toolbox talks where needed to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
  • Maintain an environment of continuous improvement, driving forward performance levels.
  • Being onsite overseeing installation and removal for some largescale events maybe required.
  • Event Day management may also be required from time to time.
  • Warehouse management, including managing staff and coordinating the loading and unloading (making sure all equipment is loaded correctly and safely) as well as delivering of equipment to site.
  • Main Storage yard management, ensuring all equipment is stored and racked safely and the yard is maintained in an orderly manner.
  • Happy to work the occasional unsociable hours.
  • Must hold a valid EU driving license. (Additional C or C1 category is desirable but not essential).

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • 3 Years Operational Management Experience.
  • Team Leadership experience with strong people management skills
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong Oral and Written communication skills
  • Admin and IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Driven and focus
  • Event Industry Experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Time Management Skills
  • Impeccable integrity and reliability, confident, assertive and professional.
  • The ability to remain focused and driven under pressure.
  • Needs to be self-motivated, a good problem solver and able to work within a team as well as managing a team.
  • The candidate must be capable of communicating with all clients effectively to ensure good customer service.
  • Applicant must be fit and happy to work long hours during our busy season
  • References must be provided.
  • Must be living within 20/30 minutes’ drive of Wexford Town Area

Salary: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

  • Staff Management: 3 years (required)
