Marine Service Advisors

We are looking for high caliber individuals to join our Marine Team as Service Advisors.
Job responsibilities
- You will be assisting the customers on all their service needs
- Timely resolution of complaints as per service standards
- Document work orders,job cards, verify completion with technicians, follow up promptly on any issues, maintain and manage schedules on behalf of service team
- Assist relevant stakeholders with customer calls, walk-ins, and technician parts requests
- Provide assistance to the service team as and when required.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other departments as required.
To be successful in this role you will have
- Previous experience in a customer facing role with technical service preferably in marine industry
- Technical service experience with a technical background.
- Team player with interpersonal, problem solving, organizing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
