Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity
Our Farmlands Dannevirke branch is looking for a full time Salesperson to join our close knit high performing team. There will be some yard duties involved such as manual tasks, heavy lifting and unpacking pallets.
These are fast-paced roles, where you'll bring your well-honed rural knowledge and expertise to the position. You'll provide exceptional retail customer service to our shareholders and customers in our store and also yard area, primarily looking after our timber and bulk store.

You'll be somebody who values, and positively contributes to a great team environment, focused on providing excellence in customer service and 100% committed to building strong relationships with our shareholders, customers and your colleagues.
You will also bring:
- Rural retail and/or sales related customer services experience (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
- Sound computer skills able to learn new systems with confidence (namely our 'Point of Sale/POS' system)
- Physical fitness and be comfortable working on your feet all day and lifting and carrying stock
- Clean Full Driver Licence
- Forklift licence + Endorsements (OSH) desirable
