- Should be able to scale ads without results fluctuations.
- Learning and training yourself for further improvements.
- Developing and implementing paid ad strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Creating ad campaigns, including selecting target audiences, creating ad copy and visuals, and setting up ad budgets.
- Monitoring ad performance and adjusting ad campaigns as needed to optimize for results.
- Conducting A/B testing to identify the best-performing ad variations and optimize campaign performance.
- Analyzing and reporting on ad campaign results to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Keeping up to date with ad policies, best practices, and trends to ensure ad campaigns are compliant and effective.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as creative and content, to develop cohesive ad campaigns that support broader marketing initiatives.
