BNZSA is a B2B sales & marketing agency, specialized in the IT industry.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to primarily oversee the development and implementation of a CRM system for our organisation. As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and closing projects related to the development of our CRM system. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements
  • Manage the relationship with external vendor to successfully deliver the project
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management
  • Ensure project documentation is up to date and accurate
  • Facilitate project meetings and workshops
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines and budgets
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of technology and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
  • Advanced English
  • 3+ years of experience managing software development projects
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Familiarity with CRM technologies and related platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Additional requirements:

  • The place of residence must be located in the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid)
  • Able to work legally in Spain (full-time)

Working Timetable:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00h - 17:00h (1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 08:00h - 14:00h

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 36,000.00€ - 45,000.00€ per year
