YOUR TASKS
You will lead the Global Sales and Distribution team as a part of the Information Flow team within the HELLA Corporate Logistics organization with associates in Germany and Romania;- You are responsible for all processes, methods and tools for the global sales and distribution organization – End-2-End and in close alignment with all involved internal and external stakeholders
- You need to drive actively the HELLA-wide harmonization and standardization of the SD related processes, including the preparation, piloting and rolling-out the SAP S4 upgrade;
- Your team represents the 3rd level support of all Business Groups in operational matters and therefore needs to have the deepest knowledge within the organization;
- You will coordinate escalations in order to find solutions together with the HELLA logistics network
- You will manage your team’s Budget and capacities in close connection with the Head of Corporate Logistics and/or Functional Leads by case;
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in similar leadership position, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Passionate of your area of expertise and a strong team player mentality;
- Comprehensive expertise in Sales and Distribution Operations and Processes, preferably in comparable project manager and governance or operational role;
- Working in an international environment with stakeholders in EMEA, APAC and NSA
- Excellent English skills are a must while German language skills would be a good addition;
- Very good MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Project);

SAP knowledge, especially regarding SD module; SAP S4/Hana knowledge would be a plus
