We are currently looking for a GBS Sales Analyst

GBS SALES ANALYST

Main Purpose

The role has the objective of supporting the PepsiCo Foods Sales Team by entering promotional activities in the required systems by the customers. The analyst will be assigned to a group of National accounts, making sure all their initiatives are accurately implemented, so all teams involved can perform their best to achieve strategic goals.

This role will also provide centralized sales analytics and productivity assessments to deliver Data Management information and analysis to design solutions.

Responsibilities

Accountabilities
  • Follow up to requests and provide a solution either with existing promotional tools or by enhancing new functionalities.
  • Receive promotional calendars and submit them in internal softwares / customers portals for their execution by Sales Reps in the points of sale, according to the current commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Establish process to identify, track, resolve, and report results about customer issues.
  • Participate in fine tuning activities to improve own performance.
  • Data Preparation Process
  • Database quality report (AP, AD, IP & ID)
  • Analysis of customer territory scenarios
  • Daily Database Scorecard Extraction
  • Customer set up (DTS & CS), Customer Registration
  • Weekly Ad Hoc Reports
  • Projects from the region on demand
  • Client analysis for initiatives, potential clients & exclusive clients
  • LSM project follow-up assurance

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related.
  • 6 months – 1 year of similar experience.
  • Advanced Excel – data analysis and presentation.
  • Power BI / Tableau
  • Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.
