This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Finance Administrator to join our talented team at a time when the company is expanding internationally.
Experience you will need:
· Minimum 1 year experience as Finance administrator in hospitality industry preferably.
· Great knowledge of Payroll and Tax regulation in Spain
· Previous experience in budget development and analytical thinking.
· Ability to demonstrate hands-on experience in Invoicing, Banking, Journal Entries, Working Capital Management, profit monitoring, building internal financial controls and preparing finalisation of accounts.
· Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions.
· Excellent written and verbal Spanish and English communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are desirable.
· Advantageous to know and understand the hospitality industry and have worked in a fast paced, high-end venue.
· Must be friendly, adaptable and have high attention to detail.
· Ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management.
· Ability to follow company policy and great work ethic is a must.
