You will be working for our Product Connecta. Connecta is a secure online counselling tool for people in need of advice, developed by Virtual Identity in close partnership with top social welfare organisations. You will be supporting users in using our tool – and therefore helping more people get access to online counselling.
Tasks
- Resolving customer queries in a timely and accurate way
- Recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities
- With your technical knowledge you will solve complex problems or gather information to escalate to level 3 support
- Strong experience in product support or related experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to work independently and a passion for solving customer issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are a must-have
- Remote (within Germany) or VI office: you decide if you want to work from home, the VI office or a mix of both.
- Professional development: you get an individual, annual training budget of 1,000 € for external trainings of your choice.
- VI location hopping: work one week per year from any other VI office of your choice – Freiburg, Munich, Porto or Vienna. Paid by VI. No project reason needed.
