A villa in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Butler (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Meet guests when they arrive and get them settled
- Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes and etc
- Have a thorough understanding of available drinks and foods
- Assess and restock as necessary
- Serve meals and pour drinks for guests
- Coordinate with the kitchen team
- Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
- Run errands for guests when necessary
- Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
- Assist other staff when needed
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Speaks good English
- Proven experience working in a similar role
- Commitment to a high level of customer service
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Motivated, energetic and proactive
- Excellent attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fluid environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month
