Job Description
- Conduct a market study for Thailand residential market.
- Synthesize information, uncover trends and deliver insights to improve decision-making.
- Create financial models to evaluate new lands and investment opportunities.
- Assist with deal execution.
- Source for lands and investment opportunities if possible.
- Work closely with local partners for existing residential development, including reporting, budgeting and forecasting, planning and strategizing.
- Report to the Vice President / Managing Director in charge of Thailand.
The Successful Applicant
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in real estate investment.
- Resourceful, while possessing good business and financial acumen. Has an analytical mind and proficiency in real estate investment concepts.
- Team player with good initiative while being able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
