Business Development Manager (Fitouts) [United Arab Emirates]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential business deals by contacting investor’s/partners, exploring opportunities for commercial projects such as offices, retail, banks, restaurants etc.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities.
  • Attending events and joining different forums to promote the company's services and projects.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • To plan and implement aggressive sales & marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the company in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment.
  • Prequalify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, leasing agents.
  • Liaising with Project Managers to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments.
  • Following up on receivables of project sales and ensuring payment realization in-line with company mandate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years UAE experience in the Interior design and build and Fit-out industry with a wide variety of connections and contacts.
  • Having own client database with knowledge of UAE market.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous proven experience and thorough knowledge in Fit out / Design / Turnkey / Acoustic projects.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan.
  • Negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
  • Manage clients expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments.
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner and build a sustainable long term business relationship.
