Responsibilities:
Drive the monthly development and release of the Cardiomatics application across web development and digital signal processing- Lead the application development team
- Develop new user-facing and business features of our Cardiomatics web application, delivering improvements across user experience and performance
- Design and implement Back-End platforms and APIs using state-of-the-art technologies
- Maintaining certification documentation of the software as a medical device
Requirements:
5+ years of professional software development experience in the backend area within Python- 2+ years of experience leading teams, including with direct reports
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and experience in Vue.js or React
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Django
- Advanced technical skills and understanding of database development, cloud solutions implementation, REST API implementation and web markup
- Experience managing development and deployment processes including CI/CD tools, code reviews, unit/integration/e2e tests, and agile environments
- Ability to structure problems and simplify complex issues so they can be tackled effectively by a dedicated team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team in a dynamic environment
- Full working proficiency in English
