Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission
In the context of the development of Airbus Customer Services Strategy department (SY), you will join the “Market & Messaging” team (SYM), under the supervision of the messaging leader.

Main activities:

  • You will join a team aiming at delivering global commercial aviation services forecasts, intelligence and business analysis, through concise and impactful stories, in order to adapt and enhance Airbus present and future services, and enable strategic aftermarket decisions across Airbus.
  • Your main focus will be:
  • Support the SYM messaging team: support preparation of the team communication material - google slides presentations, google gsite updates, HUB updates, etc - in line with the team and Airbus quality and branding guidelines, support internal events preparation
  • Assist SYM market specialists: develop clear communication material on market understanding for Airbus Services. Communicate forecasts & competitors moves in a simple and meaningful manner for management and other internal stakeholders, in order to help decision making
  • If and when required, support top management messaging needs
  • Your role and responsibilities can be adapted according to the department's evolving priorities.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated to a 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or business.

Hard skills:

  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills: experience in the development of google gslides / powerpoint presentations is a must.
  • Understanding of the commercial aviation Services industry is a plus
  • Concise & rigorous
  • Able to adapt and work in an agile environment

Soft skills:

  • Pioneering spirit: proactive, creative, open to new ideas
  • Autonomous
  • Good communication skills
  • Team worker
  • Proven ability to deliver
  • English : Negotiation level
