We offer cross-chain lending, borrowing, staking, and integrated fiat banking services on the MELD blockchain. MELD supports six leading blockchains, allowing seamless asset transfer, and bridging all within the neobank app.

The Team
You will be joining the team (“Strategy & Investments”) responsible for building the neobank. We understand, scope, and support the development and integration of new products by internal and external developers, into the neobank mobile app.
We also consider and shape company strategy, are involved in tokenomics development, and many other strategic and tactical needs that aren’t conducted by the developers, accounting, legal, or marketing teams. We are at the heart of the company, innovating at every opportunity!

The Responsibilities
Strategizing and developing business cases for new products, features, and partnerships
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define a product, feature, or other requirements for the neobank
- Creating comprehensive documentation for new products and features such that internal and external stakeholders can translate into a functioning product within the app e.g. customer support, exchange capabilities, integrating web3/DeFi features
- Presenting insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to support product development and launch
- Keeping informed with the latest developments and best practices in the Web3/crypto space
The Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
5+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in bank, fintech, web3/crypto, or related sectors
- A strong understanding of web3/crypto concepts, technologies, and ecosystems.
- A proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and solutions
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A passion for Web3/crypto and a desire to continuously learn and grow
