Sales/Headhunter [Singapore]


 

We are Kin, a recruitment company that helps global financial technology companies hire sales professionals in Asia Pacific. Our clients are among some of the world's most respected technology companies.


We aim to provide clients access to the best sales talent. As part of your role, you will work with hiring managers and HR professionals to help them identify, engage and attract the best sales talent in Asia Pacific.

You will be expected to constantly network with sales professionals in the sector to ensure you are truly plugged into what is happening in our market. We believe that information is the difference between an average and a great headhunter, so ensuring you have the information before anyone else is vital.


You will be working alongside two experienced consultants who have worked their way from large global firm to boutique to setting up independently. We are often working on fees from S$50,000 to S$ 100,000, and because we believe in working as a team, you'll work closely with us while you get up to speed and as you continue to develop.


We are looking for the following:


  • We would love to see previous recruitment experience in the technology, fintech or financial markets industry in Singapore or the broader Asia region. Alternatively, experience in new business sales is highly desirable.
  • Great organisations skills
  • Someone who enjoys meeting new people and building lasting relationships.
  • A natural curiosity to learn about clients' businesses and their talent-related problems.
  • Someone who's as comfortable building relationships with new and existing candidates as they are hunting for new work through various BD channels.


What we offer:


  • Commission starting at 37.5%, going up to 60% of your quarterly billings

Please note that this role will not suit everybody. High rewards come with high demands, including building relationships with people you haven't previously spoken with, long hours, and a high workload. The financial rewards are excellent if you are willing to work hard and commit.
