The confidence in the product, company services and one’s self are the keys in dealing a successful sales order.

· 30 wpm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor and accommodate all customers' concerns through chat in their designated Facebook pages.
· Respond to customer’s inquiries in a welcoming manner and in the shortest possible time.
· Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
· Confirm customer details (eg., name, contact number and address) thru calls.
· This may also include any other tasks.
