What will Regional Manager, Account Management do

You will be responsible for managing the regional sales team and the entire sales cycle, such as building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and acting as a bridge between channel partners and SOCRadar teams to solve their problems by engaging all points of the process.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the regional sales team
  • Setting up sales strategies in coordination with the VP, Sales.
  • Ensure the continuous development of the sales team by motivating, mentoring and training them on product knowledge
  • Continually motivate channel account managers to exceed the annual sales quota
  • Set individual and team goals; proactively evaluate and manage performance based on expectations
  • Support sales team in generating leads, developing prospects and closing sales
  • Lead the pricing process for sales proposals
  • Follow-up of regular channel sales processes and continuous business development of partners
  • Execution of the tasks to be carried out with the channel in order to expand the customer portfolio to the relevant segment and to bring new customers
  • Fulfilling the above-mentioned sales processes in new markets/countries/locations to be determined in the future / Fulfilling the above-mentioned sales processes in new markets/countries/locations to be determined in the future
  • Have dynamic and self-oriented humor to work towards achieving the sales target
  • Participating in product presentations with the technical account manager team
  • Ensuring inter-departmental coordination in order to meet the necessary needs in case the customers request information or training
  • Submit the relevant requests to the SOCRadar Marketing team for the partner's necessary marketing activities and follow up the process

Qualifications

  • Expertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure
  • At least 5 years of team management experience
  • Experience in global sales is a must
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Ability to provide live and web-based demonstrations of the SOCRadar solution
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Capability to present technical information to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using a CRM (for instance: Sales Force, Hubspot, MS Dynamics)
  • Extensive contacts in the information security and/or security operations fields
  • Hands-on experience in providing information security services
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks to successful completion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization
  • Ability to travel
