If yes, we are looking for a Product & Process Specialist to join our Team in Greece!
What you get to do in this role:
- Responsible for identifying and developing B2B2C and B2C banking products and processes, new features and services that can be used to attract new merchants and serve existing ones.
- Research the market trends, define customer targets, assess customer needs
- Drive the development, implementation, optimization and extension of banking products and processes, including requirements and roadmap development, product and market research, planning, competitor analysis, positioning and launch to production
- Define product requirements, product scope/features lifecycle and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
- Translate product strategy into detailed use cases, business cases and technical requirements for prototyping and final development with all the teams involved
- Partner up with internal key stakeholders (Sales, Development/QA, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations) and coordinate a successful implementation and release of products
- Define product objectives for effective marketing communications
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technology related field.
- 3 years’ of professional experience in Digital Product Development
- Experience working cross -functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance and other stakeholders within financial services, banking, payments or fintech is a must.
- Analytical data savvy mind set - ability to influence through facts and data.
- Creative, Result Oriented and Out of the Box thinker.
- Fluent verbal & written English communication skills
