Monitoring a reporting manager's email and responding if required.

Preparing communications on behalf of a manager.

Answering phone calls.

Organising travel and itineraries.

Organising and planning meetings.

Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.

Skills:

Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail.

Good organisational skills, particularly in diary management and scheduling.

The ability to prioritise work according to deadlines, importance and urgency.

Professional and courteous telephone manner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
